Do you ever wish you lived in a time when dinosaurs roamed the earth? It would be incredible to see these huge reptiles up close. Of course, you don’t have that option, but you can get as close as possible to the real thing when you make plans to attend Jurassic Quest in Greenville. This dinosaur-themed special event will give you an inside look into what living with the dinosaurs would have been like, and you’ll learn a lot about these amazing creatures while you’re there. It’s happening at the TD Convention Center from Aug. 9–11. On Friday, you’ll be able to get in from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday, the fun will begin at 9 a.m. and run until 8 p.m. This gives you more than enough time to explore and learn about all the different kinds of dinosaurs. If you want to attend this event, you’ll want to buy your tickets now. Kids ages 2 to 12 will pay just $22 for their ticket. However, if you want to explore the kids VIP option, you’ll be looking at a ticket price of $36. This option includes unlimited rides and activities, so if your little one wants to have as much fun as possible, this is the way to go. Adults ages 13 through 64 will also pay $22 for a ticket, and seniors can get in for $20. Active duty firefighters, the police, and paramedics along with all military personnel will save $2 on their tickets, so make sure to bring your ID if this applies to you.

What to Expect

There are so many different activities and options to explore when you come to this event, and you’ll want to get a taste of all of it. Make time to check out the dinosaur exhibit as well as the baby dinosaur show and the dino tour. Want to take a break from learning and hit the rides? Your kids will have a great time doing that as well as going to the dinosaur bounce house. Don’t forget about the excavation station, the dino cinema, or the science station.
